Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking Part-Time Independent Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in Massachusetts. Candidates must be MA-licensed (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT) and able to practice remotely. The role offers a fee-for-service compensation structure with opportunities for bonuses.

As part of a clinical team, you will move us toward a world-class experience, coordinating with Operations and Clinical teams to deliver high-quality care and access for participants.

Qualifications

• Licensed LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts (no supervision)
• Experience conducting tele-health sessions
• Comfortable with technology and virtual sessions

Responsibilities

• Conducts 15+ virtual counseling sessions per week
• Demeanor and rapport building in a telehealth format
• Completes treatment plans and documentation
• Participates in weekly Health team meetings
• Escalates participant issues to Operations as needed
• Supports marketing and outreach materials for services
• Maintains privacy and secure work environment
