Qualifications

• MSW degree and active LCSW license in New Mexico.
• At least 2 years of field experience.
• Comfort working independently in a virtual setting.
• Strong communication and case documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients for individual therapy sessions.
• Complete psychosocial assessments and review client history.
• Discuss concerns related to mental health, family, work, or daily life.
• Keep clinical notes and case records up to date.
• Help clients locate community programs and other available resources.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
