This role involves recruiting, supervising students, and mediating between families and schools to ensure positive experiences. This position offers flexibility, with a pay range of $500 to $1,000 monthly under a 1099 contract.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in volunteer management or related fields.

• Excellent recruiting skills to attract a diverse range of volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Recruit host families for students attending public high school.
• Supervise students and connect them with host families.
• Advocate for the student and mediate between stakeholders.
• Compile a monthly progress report from conversations.
• Participate in community outreach and recruitment efforts.
