Job summary

RapidFix Services is seeking a highly capable Information Security Analyst to join our team on a part-time basis. You will protect our data and systems, perform risk assessments, and help implement security policies and procedures.

This US-based role allows remote work for the right candidate. A bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience are required; professional certifications such as CISSP or CISM are preferred. Compensation is $1,400 per month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Information Security Analyst.
• CISSP or CISM certifications are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of network security protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
• Experience with vulnerability scanning tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures
• Monitor network activity for any suspicious behavior
• Respond to security incidents and conduct thorough investigations
