Job summary

10x Team is seeking an experienced Freelance IAM Consultant – AI Trainer to help shape AI understanding of identity and access management. This remote, project-based role fits 8–20 hours per week and focuses on reviewing AI outputs and providing actionable feedback on identity governance and access control.

The ideal candidate has strong IAM expertise, familiarity with GDPR and SOX, and can work asynchronously from the EU/UK. Flexible, remote engagement with ongoing AI Academy opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experienced IAM consultant with a solid background in identity and access management.
• Familiarity with access control models and identity governance.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks (GDPR, SOX).
• Ability to deliver structured feedback on AI-generated outputs.

Responsibilities

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to identity governance, access provisioning, and authentication frameworks.
• Assess accuracy and practicality of AI-driven recommendations on access management, RBAC, and compliance.
• Develop real-world case studies and scenarios from IAM experience.
• Create scenario variations covering identity lifecycle management and risk mitigation.
• Identify gaps or risks in AI recommendations and provide actionable feedback.
• Influence how AI systems interpret IAM best practices and security standards.
