Qualifications

• Currently pursuing (final-year) or recently completed PhD in pharmacy, outcomes research, epidemiology, pharmacoepidemiology, health economics, public health or health services research.
• Knowledge in quantitative health outcomes research, analytics, and statistical techniques.
• Knowledge of causal inference methods or coursework on quasi-experimental methods (propensity score, IPTW, ITS, RDD, IV, causal mediation).
• Ability to commit to at least part-time employment for 16 to 20 weeks beginning in November 2026.
• Experience working collaboratively on research teams.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to study conceptualization, literature reviews, proposal writing.
• Develop study protocols and plans.
• Execute statistical analyses per study protocol under supervision.
• Report and interpret results; contribute to manuscript development.
• Communicate findings to Humana stakeholders.
