Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing final-year PhD or recently completed in pharmacy, outcomes research, epidemiology, pharmacoepidemiology, health economics or public health.
• Knowledge of quantitative health outcomes research, analytics and stats.
• Familiarity with quasi-experimental methods (propensity scores, IPTW, ITS, RD, IV, mediation).
• Proficiency in at least one statistical coding language.
• Experience collaborating on research teams and communicating findings.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to study conceptualization, literature reviews and proposal writing.
• Develop study protocols and execute analyses per protocol under supervision.
• Perform statistical analyses and interpret results.
• Contribute to manuscript development and presentation of findings.
• Support communication of results to Humana stakeholders.
