Primary Responsibilities

As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you will:

• Be the go-to contact for our clients, ensuring total satisfaction and exceptional service.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, providing timely and helpful responses to inquiries.
• Educate clients on financial topics, offering insights on business investments, insurance, retirement solutions, and savings strategies.
• Design personalized financial plans to help clients with budgeting, debt reduction, investing, and planning for retirement.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance account value through upselling and cross-selling while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Requirements

To qualify, you must be 18 years or older, a U.S. citizen, and successfully complete a background check. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must. Moreover, your adeptness with CRM systems like Salesforce for basic reporting will set you apart, as will your ability to decode account health metrics and translate them into insightful summaries. A Life Producer license is required within two weeks of being hired.

Preferred Qualifications

Having a background in customer service, leadership, or management will serve you well in this role. Experience in education, coaching, military, or as an elite athlete will also be considered valuable. An entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, and a sincere desire to help people are traits we admire. Advanced skills in negotiation or technical problem-solving will give you an edge.
