The ideal candidate holds a doctoral degree in the field, demonstrates scholarly activity, and has experience delivering online education and serving on dissertation committees.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in couple/marriage and family therapy or related field.
• Experience with online delivery of education and supporting systems.
• Evidence of peer‑reviewed journal publications.
• Experience as a dissertation committee member or chair.

Responsibilities

• Provide substantive, timely feedback to students on assessments.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, student‑centric learning environment.
• Meet deadlines for grades, assessment, and related tasks.
• Maintain professional training or scholarly activities when applicable.
• Provide course content feedback to the course lead.
• Identify at‑risk students and coordinate with student services.
