Job summary

OpenTrain AI seeks experienced employment lawyers to work remotely on AI training tasks. You must hold a U.S. J.D., be licensed to practice law in at least one state or DC, and have more than three years of substantive employment or labor law experience.

You will review AI analyses, spot errors, and write precise corrections. This part-time, fully remote contract pays hourly between $100 and $170, with a fully flexible schedule and no commute.

Qualifications

• Holds a U.S. J.D. from a law school
• Active license to practice law in at least one state or in DC
• More than three years of substantive legal practice, preferably in employment or labor law
• Strong legal reasoning, issue-spotting and document-review skills, excellent English writing

Responsibilities

• Work through employment law scenarios, calling out main legal issues and risks
• Check the accuracy and completeness of AI-generated analyses, arguments, and legal documents
• Spot legal errors, omissions, and gaps in legal reasoning
• Provide structured feedback and write corrections to strengthen the AI’s legal work
