Family Promise of Aiken County is seeking a mission-driven Director of Development to lead fundraising and donor engagement, growing revenue through individuals, grants, partnerships, campaigns, and events.

This highly autonomous role works with the Executive Director, Board Development Committee, and active Board members to build sustainable fundraising capacity across the community. Experience in housing or family-serving nonprofits is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years nonprofit development or fundraising experience.
• Exceptional relationship builder and communicator.
• Takes initiative and works with minimal supervision.
• Balances independence with collaboration with ED and Board.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual fundraising plan aligned with organizational priorities.
• Grow revenue through individual giving, grants, corporate partnerships, sponsorships, campaigns, and events.
• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors and prospects.
