Job summary

MAINSAIL Group is seeking an experienced industrial security professional to run the security program on a part-time, remote basis (10–15 hours/week). You will own personnel security in DISS, act as CSSO with Government offices, and manage DD 254s for joint ventures and subcontractors from a remote work setup.

The role requires a TS clearance with current SCI access, and you will coordinate SCI nominations, in-billet transfers, and access controls.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with current SCI access.
• 3+ years as an FSO/AFSO or industrial security specialist.
• Experience processing DD Form 254s and maintaining facility clearances.
• Knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and SEAD 3.

Responsibilities

• Manage in-processing and out-processing in DISS for every cleared employee.
• Coordinate SCI nominations, transfers and indoctrinations in SCINet.
• Coordinate do-not-debrief instructions during contractor transitions.
• Manage SAP program access requests with Government program security officers.
• Submit and track visit authorizations in DISS and SCI visit certifications.
• Submit CAC requests and track badges for staff and contractors.
• Prepare and review DD 254s for subcontractors and joint ventures.
• Maintain facility clearances and conduct annual self-inspections in NISS.
