Job summary

The Adecco Group's LHH is seeking a Career Consultant Associate to provide individualized support for candidates in transition, helping identify career options and strategies for a successful outcome, including resume and LinkedIn optimization, interview coaching, and salary negotiation.

The role is part-time, hours vary weekly, largely remote with onsite workshops in the designated region. Reports to Lead Consultant; English language required with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Preferred 8+ years of professional expertise in Career Consulting or related fields.
• Experience across industries and populations, IT/financial services/pharma/healthcare/manufacturing.
• Knowledgeable of Talent Acquisition strategies including ATS and recruiting collaboration.
• Proficient with Zoom, Teams, online portals and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist candidates with career transition needs, goal setting, and market options.
• Guide resume and LinkedIn profile development, interview prep, and salary negotiation.
• Engage candidates using LHH resources and technology tools; support job connections.
• Balance time and priorities across program deliverables and on-site customer projects.
