Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional expertise in Career Consulting or related fields such as human resources, recruitment, career/leadership development, training, service/delivery operations, management consulting, or business leadership.
• Experience across IT, financial services, pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, professional services, marketing, or hospitality.
• Knowledge of Talent Acquisition strategies including ATS, applicant sourcing, video screening, salary inquiries, interviews, and recruiter collaboration.
• Proficiency with Zoom/Teams/online portals and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist candidates across a broad spectrum of career transition needs, including change management, skills assessment, goal definition, and resume/LinkedIn optimization.
• Support candidates in progressing with change and building a best-fit career marketing plan aligned with experience and market demand.
• Proactively engage, motivate, and guide candidates in using LHH resources and technology tools.
• Demonstrate expertise with LinkedIn, AI tools like ChatGPT, ATS, and company/research databases.
• Help candidates connect to jobs using LHH referrals and Job Site networks in compliance with governmental requirements.
• Provide coaching on interviews and salary negotiations to navigate the job search and secure opportunities.
• Manage time and priorities for program deliverables, candidate activity reporting, and potential on-site customer projects.
