About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced civil litigation environment and brings a strong background in personal injury law. You'll play a central role in moving cases forward, from intake through discovery to trial prep, working directly with attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, and the court.

What You'll Do

• Draft pleadings and court filings
• Manage extensive, high-touch client communication
• Prepare discovery requests and responses
• Assist with intake calls from potential clients
• Coordinate directly with judges and opposing counsel
• Partner with attorneys on intake tracking, case evaluation, and sign-up decisions
• Support hearing and trial preparation, e-filing, and calendar management

What You Bring

• 5+ years of civil litigation experience, including drafting motions, preparing discovery, reviewing records, scheduling, e-filing, and hearing/trial preparation
• Prior experience in a personal injury law office
• Skilled legal calendaring
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong client relations and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, with sharp attention to detail
• Tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, and comfortable in legal case management software
• Salary: $80,000–$95,000, commensurate with experience
