Job summary

Ignite HR Solutions partners with a premier California law firm to hire a sharp paralegal with 4+ years in landlord/tenant and unlawful detainer matters. You will own a demanding caseload, support discovery and trial prep, and contribute to case strategy in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This remote role requires LA-area presence to assist at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse, offering competitive pay, strong benefits, and room to grow within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in landlord/tenant law and unlawful detainers.
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently with attention to detail.
• Solid grounding in applicable laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Litigation and trial support experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Unlawful Detainer experience or Paralegal Certification from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Discovery and eDiscovery Management.
• Trial preparation and courtroom support.
• Dig into case strategy and docketing.
• Drafting legal documents including motions.
• Support attorneys through depositions, mediations, trial and other proceedings.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal professionals to build winning strategies.
