• Maintain measured workflow expectations.
• Prepare travel and check request documents.
• Update S&J office lists and logs.
• Keep vendor information up to date.
• Code and send A/P invoices to DC office for payment.
• Assist with inventory and ordering office forms.
• Assist MMSEA filing and update Medicare fields as needed.
• Research and resolve issues with invoicing.
