Job summary

Johnson Law Firm SC seeks an organized Paralegal with experience in criminal defense, divorce and family law to join our Wisconsin team. This is a full-time, primarily remote position for candidates living in Wisconsin, preferably near Appleton or Oshkosh.

You will assist Attorney Steven Johnson with case preparation, document drafting, client communication, and day-to-day case management. Most work is remote, with occasional in-person meetings and court-related duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior paralegal or law firm experience in defense or family law.
• Familiarity with Wisconsin court procedures and e-filing.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence.
• Strong organizational skills and deadline management.

Responsibilities
