GuidePoint Security seeks a strategic leader to head its PAM practice, shaping delivery, strategy, and growth across enterprise clients in a remote-first US environment.

You'll mentor PAM architects, oversee complex deployments across IAM and cloud, and drive KPIs, customer success, and high-quality outcomes with a team of 1,300+ experts and travel up to 25%.

This role requires deep PAM expertise, strong leadership, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in cybersecurity/IAM.
• 7+ years in PAM across multiple enterprise platforms.
• Deep expertise in PAM capabilities like JIT, Zero Standing Privileges, secrets management, and cloud privileged access.
• Strong leadership, consulting, and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Define service offerings, methodologies, and reference architectures for PAM platforms.
• Lead complex implementations, migrations, and governance with IAM, cloud, DevOps, and security teams.

• Oversee presales and post-sales services, ensuring client and internal stakeholders receive high-quality, secure outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define service offerings, methodologies, and reference architectures for CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust, and emerging PAM platforms.
• Lead complex implementations, migrations, and governance while partnering with IAM, cloud, DevOps, and security teams.
• Mentor and develop PAM architects and consultants, tracking KPIs, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Experience Needed:

• 12+ years in cybersecurity/IAM and 7+ years in PAM across multiple enterprise platforms.
• Deep expertise in PAM capabilities like JIT, Zero Standing Privileges, secrets management, and cloud privileged access.
• Strong leadership, consulting, and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
