829 Studios is seeking a Paid Social Specialist to join its thriving Paid Media team. You’ll manage a portfolio of clients, strategize campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive measurable results.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years managing paid advertising programs.
• Experience with Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
• Familiar with Google Analytics or HubSpot Analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Exceptional time management and organization.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience juggling multiple campaigns.
• Able to leverage AI-powered tools for research, insights, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and maintain multiple digital advertising campaigns for client portfolio.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness against goals, conversions, and events.
• Provide regular updates to clients on progress and outcomes.
• Prepare client deliverables from kickoff documents to rolling reports.
• Advise clients on achieving business goals via digital advertising.
• Assist senior team members with account work.
• Develop into a technical resource for other departments.
