Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of paid advertising experience, strong analytics literacy, and ability to juggle multiple campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years managing paid advertising programs.
• Familiarity with multiple ad platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Strong Google Sheets/Slides/Docs skills.
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hubspot Analytics).

Responsabilités

• Strategize and maintain multiple digital advertising campaigns for a portfolio of clients.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness against client goals, conversions, and events.
• Prepare client deliverables from project kickoff documents to rolling reporting.
• Advise clients on achieving business goals through digital advertising.
• Assist senior team members with account work.
• Develop into a technical resource for other departments.
