Job summary

bwise Media AG is seeking an experienced Paid Social Manager for our international performance marketing team. You will own paid social campaigns across major platforms and drive results for clients in the iGaming space.

The role emphasizes direct client interaction, programmatic and popunder activities, and leveraging AI tools to optimize daily workflows. This remote position is open to candidates based in Europe, with a focus on staying compliant with advertising policies and iGaming

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Paid Social campaigns.
• Experience in the iGaming industry is strongly preferred, especially sports betting ads.
• Practical experience with Programmatic and Popunder advertising, including setup, management and optimization.
• Experience setting up Google Ads, Paid Search or PPC campaigns.
• Proven client-facing experience, able to independently manage relationships, lead meetings and present results.
• Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and other paid social platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills and a performance-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools to improve productivity and workflows.
• Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented, with strong teamwork and communication.
• Excellent written and spoken English; European-based applicants preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimize Paid Social campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Manage and optimize Programmatic and Popunder campaigns as part of performance marketing.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data and implement optimization strategies.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships and expectations.
• Prepare and present performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, reporting, and workflows.
• Stay updated on platform developments and advertising regulations in iGaming.
