Job summary

Tinuiti, the largest independent full-funnel marketing agency in the United States, seeks a Paid Social Strategist to plan and optimize full-funnel campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Reddit to grow new customers and LTV. You will collaborate with Creative, Analytics, Product/Bliss Point, and Client Leadership within your Pod and turn best practices into repeatable playbooks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing Paid Social on Meta and TikTok
• Experience with TikTok Smart Performance and Pinterest Performance+
• Comfortable with GA4 and platform analytics
• Proven ability to increase reach, revenue and LTV through paid social testing

Responsibilities

• Plan and improve full‑funnel Paid Social programs (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit).
• Collaborate with Creative, Analytics, Product/Bliss Point, and Client Leadership within your Pod.
• Set client expectations, explain options and trade‑offs, report results in plain language tied to business impact.
• Teach clients and teammates, and document best practices for reuse.
• Leverage platform features to grow results and apply Bliss Point insights to budgets and bets; ensure data health (pixel/CAPI, UTMs/GA4).
• Keep data tracking healthy and explain data limits when recommending changes.
