Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to execute and optimize full-funnel campaigns across multiple digital channels. You will partner with the Senior Paid Media Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable ROAS.

The role requires hands-on experience with programmatic and social media buying, DSPs, and strong analytical and communication skills; remote work is available and a competitive benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in paid media campaign management including programmatic and social (Meta and X).
• Hands on experience with DSPs, including campaign planning, trafficking, execution, and optimization. Experience buying with Basis DSP is a plus.
• Proven ability to optimize campaigns to performance KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, and CTR.
• Experience collaborating with creative and other cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Paid Media Manager to develop and execute multi-channel Paid Media campaigns.
• Maintain proactive and consistent communications with media partners regarding campaign planning, execution, performance, and problem resolution.
• Build and optimize paid media campaigns across ad platforms, ensuring accurate targeting based on objectives.
• Analyze and summarize media performance metrics across channels, providing actionable insights to improve ROAS and overall campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with eCommerce, brand, retail, and creative teams to execute digital marketing strategies.
• Brief creative needs and work closely with internal teams or external vendors to develop and launch assets on schedule.
• Manage creative feedback from stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of all assets.
• Support in the implementation of the testing calendar to continually test new creative, tactics, tools, etc. and apply learnings to optimize the day-to-day strategies.
• Stay current on platform updates, marketing trends, and media technology.
