Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Manager, Multifamily to own paid media for multifamily portfolios. You will set targeting, budgets, and roadmaps, becoming the strategic voice on client calls. The role requires hands-on management and a data-driven mindset.

You will collaborate with clients on live calls, optimize campaigns across multiple platforms, and drive long-term growth for property management groups and owners. Remote position with US/intl clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta; campaigns built, run and optimized.
• Track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multifamily or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for multifamily clients across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to pause a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present storytelling numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
