SupplyHouse.com is seeking a Paid Media Analyst to join our Growth Marketing Team. This remote role supports multi-channel campaigns across search, shopping, social, video, and retargeting.

You'll analyze data, run structured experiments, and collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, and Creative to drive efficient, measurable growth. We value curiosity, rigorous testing, and cross-functional partnership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, or a related business field.
• 3+ years of paid search strategy and execution experience.
• 1+ year of paid social, retargeting, and display experience.
• 1+ year of TV, CTV, and Demand Gen experience.
• Experience optimizing spend to meet budget goals.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily management of paid media programs across search, shopping, social, video, and retargeting campaigns.
• Execute and optimize SEM campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads for efficiency and coverage.
• Assist with budget pacing and allocation based on data and test results.
• Design structured experiments to improve ROI and account scalability.
• Build and optimize remarketing campaigns across channels to improve engagement.
• Monitor video campaigns across YouTube and streaming platforms and track performance.
• Prepare recurring performance reports and dashboards for marketing leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with growth initiatives.
