Sun Chemical, a leading provider of packaging and graphic solutions, seeks a Project Manager for Amazon programs. You will oversee packaging development, provide preproduction guidance, and coordinate with internal teams to meet Amazon timelines.

You'll apply strong PM and communication skills to manage multiple projects, align design with production processes, and drive brand packaging strategies across printing methods and substrates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5+ Years of experience in graphic package design.
• Strong project management and communication skills with ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
• Able to communicate differences between design and production execution to designers and stakeholders.
• Experience creating brand packaging strategies and the understanding of different print processes.
• Strong skill level in design software, e.g. Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
• Knowledge and experience with ink, print processes and various substrates such as folding cartons, corrugated, flexible packaging and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Attend team meetings with Amazon and partners to drive projects to completion.
• Oversee and provide artwork guidance for packaging development.
• Provide technical guidance for initial packaging designs to designers and stakeholders.
• Communicate differences between design and production execution to set expectations.
• Coordinate with designers, brand, operations and procurement to meet graphics and structural requirements.
• Initiate pre-production conference calls, create agenda, track tasks and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Amazon Account Manager, Graphics Coordinator and CSR to start new projects.
