Qualifications

• Experience designing physical packaging that has gone to production.
• Strong understanding of materials, structures and manufacturing processes.
• Able to communicate design decisions to non-designers.
• Organized and detail oriented with multi-project management ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop packaging concepts and systems balancing brand intent, materials, manufacturing realities and cost targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to move packaging from concept to production.
• Iterate packaging designs across multiple production-ready versions.
