OLLY is seeking a Design Director - Packaging to define and lead the creative vision for our packaging ecosystem across core business and innovation initiatives. You will partner with Brand, Product Development, Regulatory, and Creative Operations to align priorities and guide the future of the OLLY brand through packaging.

You will lead a team of designers, drive packaging systems, and ensure consistent, consumer-centric design across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 7-15+ years of experience in packaging design, brand design, or creative leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve packaging vision across core business, innovation, and future growth initiatives.
• Establish creative standards, design principles, and systems for packaging development.
• Provide creative direction to elevate quality and consistency of packaging work.
• Translate business goals and consumer insights into actionable design direction.
• Lead and inspire packaging designers and external partners to deliver exceptional work.
