Job summary

Prolific is seeking Personal and Executive Assistants to join our Expert Network to support training and evaluating AI models. This is a fully remote, freelance engagement with flexible hours and PayPal payments.

You will write detailed outlines of your workflows and perform tasks you regularly handle as a PA/EA. Applicants should have 3–5 years of professional PA/EA experience, exceptional written communication, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional PA/EA experience
• Exceptional written communication skills
• Analytical thinking and ability to translate workflows into evaluation tasks
• Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Writing detailed outlines of your workflows
• Describe one regular task in detail in the outline
• Outline tasks that take days to months and occur at least weekly
• Include steps, tools, information used, decision points, and edge cases
• Stick to one task per outline to show depth on a single process
