Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking experienced Primavera P6 schedulers to support major EPC, design-build, and CMAR projects. This remote role in the U.S.

requires travel up to 30% to project sites in Texas, and you will partner with Project Managers, Engineers and field teams to develop resource-loaded schedules from planning through commissioning. Ideal candidates have 4–10 years of EPC scheduling experience, a background in data centers or commercial infrastructure, and strong skills in critical path

Qualifications

• 4–10 years scheduling experience in EPC.
• Data center or commercial infrastructure P6 scheduling experience.
• Primavera P6 with cost- and resource-loaded schedule development.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% to domestic sites.
• Strong communication and cross-team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CPM schedules.
• Build and update resource- and cost-loaded Primavera P6 schedules.
• Integrate inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
• Link WBS to CBS for forecasting, cash flow, and financial alignment.
• Produce earned value metrics, schedule KPIs, and cash flow reports.
• Conduct critical path analysis, what-if scenarios, and productivity tracking.
• Identify schedule risks, evaluate sequencing, and mitigation strategies.
• Support look-ahead planning, short-interval schedules, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain compliant schedule documentation per contract and company standards
