Boswell Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level Utilities P6 Scheduler to support our Electric Utilities Project Management Team.

The role involves developing and maintaining Primavera P6 schedules for major capital projects, with travel to offsite offices as needed and periodic client meetings. You will forecast schedule risks, analyze timelines, and collaborate with Project Managers to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 5+ years as a full-time Scheduler in a Project Management Team using P6 Primavera software.
• Oracle Primavera P6 training and/or certification required.
• Strong forecasting, risk anticipation/mitigation and proactive projections.
• Excellent attention to detail and proactive problem-solving in advance of issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules on major capital multi-year projects ($5M–$50M) using Oracle Primavera P6.
• Forecast and adjust schedules continually to anticipate and minimize risks.
• Analyze project schedules to identify issues and coordinate with project teams to align with requirements.
• Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures and communicate with Project Managers and stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
