Job summary

INFOTRON is seeking an experienced P6 Scheduler for data center construction programs. You will develop, maintain, and analyze complex schedules using Primavera P6, coordinating with project managers, construction teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

This role requires strong CPM knowledge, baseline management, progress tracking, and the ability to forecast and mitigate schedule risks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Scheduler/Planning Engineer/Project Controls Scheduler.
• Hands-on Primavera P6 experience.
• Experience on data center, mission-critical, industrial, or large-scale construction projects.
• Solid understanding of CPM, dependencies, and resource loading.
• Baseline management, schedule updates, progress tracking, and forecasting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with project managers, contractors, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules in Primavera P6.
• Establish and update baseline, current, and recovery schedules.
• Monitor progress, milestones, critical path activities, and deliverables.
• Perform schedule updates, progress tracking, and variance analysis.
• Identify schedule risks, delays, dependencies, and impacts to timelines.
• Prepare schedule reports, look-ahead schedules, and executive updates.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and subcontractors.
• Support forecasting and schedule optimization opportunities.
• Analyze delays and contribute to recovery and mitigation planning.
• Ensure schedule integrity and alignment with actual progress.
