Job summary

iShare Inc is seeking a P2P Transformation Consultant to lead end-to-end procurement process optimization and drive digital enablement. You will design future-state P2P models, policies, and controls, while improving Requisition-to-PO, Invoice-to-Pay, and Vendor Management processes.

The role focuses on automation, KPI analysis, and stakeholder management across sourcing, procurement, AP, and finance teams. Remote position based in the United States, with SOX compliance responsibilities.

Qualifications

• End-to-end P2P process expertise required.
• Experience in procurement transformation and process optimization.
• ERP knowledge across SAP, Ariba, Oracle, and Coupa is preferred.
• Proficiency in process mining, analytics, and KPI reporting.
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills are essential.
• Experience with automation, workflow, and AI-enabled solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess current P2P processes and identify transformation opportunities.
• Design future-state P2P operating models, policies, and controls.
• Lead improvements across Requisition-to-PO, Invoice-to-Pay, and Vendor Management.
• Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives (AI, RPA).
• Analyze P2P KPIs, bottlenecks, and value leakage opportunities.
• Support stakeholder management, change management, and user adoption.
• Develop transformation roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and SOX controls.
• Collaborate with sourcing, procurement, AP, finance, and technology teams.
• Track benefits realization, cost savings, and improvements.
