Antech is driving the future of pet health as part of Mars Science & Diagnostics. The P&O Director, Commercial (Temporary) partners with senior leaders to translate business strategies into people plans, embedding the Mars Five Principles and driving organizational change across global regions.

The role emphasizes strategy, workforce planning, and governance, with a strong focus on diversity and culture. Remote work is possible anywhere in the US.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree; SPHR/SHRM-SCP preferred.
• 10–12+ years of progressive HR/P&O business partnering experience.
• Experience partnering with executive/global leaders; matrix/global environment; healthcare or veterinary sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to influence and drive growth through talent strategies.
• Lead complex organizational design initiatives and large-scale change management.
• Coordinate transversal P&O activities and communities across the organization.
• Lead strategic workforce planning for long-term staffing and capability needs.
• Collaborate with COEs to co-design and pilot enterprise-wide initiatives; deploy and measure success.
• Utilize workforce analytics to build business cases and ROI for programs.
• Champion organizational health, diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
• Oversee employee relations and compliance with internal policies and laws.
• Document and reflect changes in systems (e.g., Workday) and job descriptions.
• Mentor and develop direct reports where applicable.
