Job summary

TEKsystems is hiring Remote Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Representatives to support a large insurance organization. This contract-to-hire role is designed for licensed professionals who are customer-focused, sales-driven, and eager to grow within a collaborative team environment.

You will handle inbound sales opportunities, educate customers on P&C products, document interactions, and collaborate with teammates in a hybrid Las Vegas setting.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license (General Lines or Commercial Lines)
• Some college required (2 years)
• Prior experience in insurance, sales, or customer service
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort working with inbound calls and using Microsoft Office tools

4 month temp-to-hire | Eligible after 3 monthly commission cycles

$24.52/hr + Uncapped Monthly Commission Incentives

About the Role

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.52 - $24.52/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
