WAHVE is seeking a highly experienced insurance professional to join as a work-at-home Vintage Expert. The role leverages extensive Commercial and Personal Lines Property & Casualty claims experience in a remote, long-term capacity with eligible benefits.

Responsibilities include handling First Report of Claims, coordinating with carriers and clients, using an agency management system, and producing claims reports. This is a full/part-time remote opportunity tailored to seasoned professionals.

Qualifications

• 25 years of full-time work experience in insurance.
• 10 most current years of Commercial and/or Personal Lines P&C insurance claims experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit First Report of Claims to carriers.
• Document, track, and facilitate claims assignments.
• Communicate with clients/insureds, carriers/adjusters, and internal contacts.
• Work in agency management system to document communications and track claims.
• Generate claims reports.
