Job summary

WAHVE invites seasoned insurance professionals to join a remote team delivering claims support for retail broker clients in Commercial and Personal Lines. This path offers full- or part-time schedules with opportunities to manage First Report of Claims, coordinate assignments, and communicate across clients, carriers and internal teams.

Ideal candidates bring 25 years of full-time experience and at least 10 years in Commercial or Personal Lines P&C claims management in a retail broker setting,

Qualifications

• 25 years of full-time work experience.
• 10 most current years of Commercial and/or Personal Lines Property & Casualty insurance experience – specifically claims management in retail broker environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit First Report of Claims to carriers.
• Document, track, and facilitate claims assignments.
• Communicate with clients/insureds, carriers/adjusters, and internal contacts.
• Work in agency management system to document communications and track claims.
• Generate claims reports.
• Experience with an agency management system desired; Epic mentioned as current high demand.
