Job summary

Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC (ISC) is seeking an entry-level P&C Wholesale Account Associate to support senior underwriting and broker staff with marketing, service, and data entry tasks. This developing role focuses on data accuracy and efficient processing of bind/post-bind activities.

Responsibilities include data entry, data integrity, and coordination with brokers and underwriters, while maintaining compliance with carrier and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1 year of underwriting or related insurance experience required.
• Property & Casualty Brokers License required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn industry-specific software.
• Ability to collaborate with team members and other departments.
• Strong desire to learn and adapt to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update account, quote, and policy information with high accuracy.
• Enter data from applications into carrier rating portals.
• Ensure data integrity via naming conventions and standards.
• Prepare, review, and process bind orders with brokers and underwriters.
• Complete post-bind tasks including policy issuance, endorsements and cancellations.
• Verify all forms, signatures, and documentation are complete.
• Manage inbound calls to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Process mid-term changes, cancellations, reinstatements, and renewals.
• Track carrier requests to ensure timely resolutions.
• Support brokers/underwriters with task queues and proposals.
