Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in public or private accounting.
• 3+ years managing associates and/or teams.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to influence others and promote constructive change.

Responsibilities

• Review financial reporting packages and ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Prepare and analyze benchmarking data for client insights.
• Present completed reporting packages to clients.
• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models.
• Provide technical accounting support to clients.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Lead and coach staff and senior accountants.
