Swift Public Adjusters seeks an Outside Sales Representative in Madison, WI to sell our services via remote and in-person outreach within the Greater Madison region. You will build client networks, identify needs, and tailor solutions while maintaining ongoing relationships through proactive follow-up.

The role emphasizes negotiation, presentation to diverse groups, and thorough reporting. A Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing or 5 years of sales experience is required; licensed Public Adjuster

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or five years of relevant sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Public Adjusting License required (within 1 month of hiring if not licensed).

Mansioni

• Build and maintain a network of sources to generate qualified sales leads.
• Identify customer needs and pain points through direct engagement.
• Align service solutions with customer challenges.
• Ensure client satisfaction through transparent communication and proactive support.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with current and former customers.
• Prepare daily activity reports describing calls, sales, lost opportunities, and issues.
• Provide territorial sales forecasts and market analysis as requested.

• Evaluate claims submitted by referral partners to determine business viability.
• Meet with residential and commercial property owners to present service solutions.
• Deliver presentations to diverse audiences and groups.
• Use phone and email outreach to gather prospect information and qualify leads.
• Design and implement education and sales strategies for prospects and referral partners.
• Establish measurable sales objectives and performance targets.
• Recommend improvements to sales methodologies and processes.
