Glass Doctor of Edmonton seeks an Outside Sales Rep/Business Development to proactively build relationships with insurance agents, apartment management, and other businesses for auto and flat glass solutions. This remote role supports field activity across the Glass Doctor network.

You will meet monthly sales goals, conduct 15–20 calls daily, and use Mainstreet software to manage routes and customer data. You’re self-motivated, organized, and focused on customer service excellence.

Formación

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with business-to-business sales and field calls.
• Able to navigate tablet-based technology and software.
• Organized, with strong time management and deadline discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Conduct 15–20 sales calls per day.
• Execute effective sales process and identify decision makers.
• Utilize Mainstreet software system.
• Organize and execute sales routes.
• Ride along with technicians to understand products and assist when needed.
• Perform other duties as needed.
