Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. Therapists can work as 1099 contractors with schedule autonomy and no minimum caseload, delivering telehealth to clients with flexible hours.

Compensation includes $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), biweekly direct deposit, and payment protection for no-shows and denied claims. Providers set their own calendars, with admin support from Rula to handle billing and insurance.
