Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. Therapists join as 1099 contractors with no minimum caseloads and full schedule autonomy, delivering telehealth to clients.

Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), with guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit and payment protection for no-shows or late cancellations. In-person sessions provide a $20 pay uplift for providers with office space.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.
