Job summary

Rula is expanding its Washington-based clinician network and hiring licensed LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC contractors for telehealth sessions. Providers set their own schedules and receive referrals with no minimum caseload. Billing, claims, and admin tasks are handled by Rula.

Eligible clinicians enjoy flexible autonomy, prompt biweekly payments, and ongoing credentialing support with insurance partners. Washington licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid WA license as LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC.
• Valid NPI number required.
• Must be licensed to practice in Washington state.
• Must be able to provide telehealth services.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health services via telehealth to individuals, couples, and families.
• Maintain client notes in the EHR and ensure session documentation is complete.
• Collaborate with Rula admin for billing, scheduling, and referrals as needed.
