Rula is expanding its Washington network of licensed clinicians to deliver high-quality behavioral health care. Providers work as 1099 contractors with no minimum caseloads and full scheduling autonomy, focusing on care while Rula handles admin tasks.

As an LMHC/LMFT/LICSW contractor in Washington, you will conduct 53-minute sessions at $80 each, with biweekly direct deposit and protection for no-shows and denied claims. Rula manages billing, claims, the EHR, and all other admin.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions to clients.
• Complete session notes and documentation.
• Maintain professional boundaries and ethics.
• Collaborate with Rula for scheduling and referrals.
