Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. Therapists join as 1099 contractors with no minimum caseload and complete schedule autonomy, focusing on delivering quality client care while Rula handles billing, EHR, claims, and admin support.

Compensation for LMHC is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes). Providers receive guaranteed pay every two weeks via direct deposit, with payment protection for no-show charges and late cancellations. Remote work is available.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.
