Job summary

Rula is expanding its Washington network of LMHCs, LICSWs, and LMFTs. All providers are 1099 contractors with no minimum caseloads and complete schedule autonomy.

Compensation is $80 per 53-minute session, with guaranteed pay every two weeks via direct deposit, and payment protection for no-shows and late cancellations. Rula handles insurance, billing, claims, the EHR, and technical support so you can focus on client care.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI number.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth LMHC sessions with clients.
• Maintain accurate session notes and documentation in the EHR.
• Collaborate with the Rula team for seamless care and referrals.
