Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington, inviting LMHCs, LICSWs, and LMFTs to join as 1099 contractors. You control your schedule and client load, with no minimum caseloads and complete schedule autonomy.

Compensation includes $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit, payment protection for no‑shows/late cancellations/denied claims, and admin support handling billing and claims.
