Rula is a comprehensive behavioral health solution partnering with licensed clinicians to deliver care to individuals, couples and families. Providers join as 1099 contractors with no minimum caseloads and full schedule autonomy, while Rula handles billing, admin, and insurance enrollment.

The role requires LMHC/LICSW/LMFT with Washington licensure, the ability to provide telehealth, and a valid NPI. Remote work in WA, US is supported, plus a $20 in-person session bonus when applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC.
• Valid NPI number.
• Licensed to practice in Washington.
• Willing to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions (53 minutes per session).
• Maintain session notes and client records in the EHR.
• Coordinate with billing and claims handled by the admin team.
